We have honed our ability to conceptualize and execute innovative designs that stretch the bounds of traditional or conventional interior architecture. Our projects reflect strong design fundamentals and a creative flair as well as the sustainability aspect.

We invite you to explore the diverse and innovative projects developed by Neovarc students. Each project is a dedication to their hard work, creativity, and passion for interior architecture. DESIGN OBJECTIVE

The emphasis of this course will be on the final phases of the proposed project's interior scheme, which was partially developed during semester 6. The chosen focus of the obsolete matter, highlighted issues and problems from the schematic design proposal in the previous stages should be emphasised and resolved. The implementation to be executed in semester 8 will involve finalising space planning, embedding design from the formulation of concepts, establishing colour scheme and sustainable materials, and defining a detailed estimate budget. The final scheme must incorporate the technical part including the selected area detailing, interior construction, the finishes and material as well as the design communication.

Reimagining sustainability involves exploring innovative approaches to sustainable development in interior space design. This comprehensive approach considers the environmental, social, and economic impacts of design decisions, emphasizing the lifecycle of materials and products over aesthetics and functionality. Aligns with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
